Are the PTPTN staff not trained to attend on line applications, if so why do they need a website. They are misleading students to send study loan applications online.
PTPTN staff should know they have wasted these students time and maybe a chance to study in the university. Students who apply for such loans are the ones that cannot afford the university fees.
These staff must be reminded or possibly trained, their duty is to serve society in study loans.

I would like to highlight that this is a everlasting problem with the PTPTN staff. They feel that they have the authority to bully students as and when they like.
ReplyDeleteCan they do the same to a minister's children or any top gun in the country, they should try doing it. With that a good lesson will be learnt.
