African Leadership Academy (ALA) seeks to transform Africa by developing a powerful network of 6,000 leaders who will work together to achieve extraordinary social impact. Each year, we bring together the most promising young leaders from all 54 African nations for a pre-university program at our world-class boarding school in South Africa. At the Academy, students complete a unique curriculum focused on leadership, entrepreneurship and African studies.
